George

George started CF in March of 2013 at Northwest CrossFit Green Lake. After the first boot camp class he was hooked. He started going 3 days a week but it quickly turned into going 5 days a week at the 6:00 am. He continued working at his weaknesses and getting more familiar with all the movements. In 2015 he moved to the east side and continued with Northwest CrossFit Bellevue location. It was here that he was encouraged to get his CFL1 and trained to become a coach. In 2018 a change in his job caused him to look for other CF boxes closer to his home in North Bothell. Having several friends already at CF Chateau he gave it a shot and fell in love with the community here and knew it was what he was missing. He is a regular attender of the 6:00 am classes here at CrossFit Chateau.

George has his undergraduate degree in Middle Grades education with an emphasis in Math and Science from Lee University in Cleveland, TN. Teaching is in his nature and what he enjoys doing. He is married to his wife of 12 years, Carly and his two boys. Theo, age 4 and Milo, age 2. They live in a home in North Bothell close to Mill Creek. He currently works as a dog trainer/office manager for Puppy Manners a family dog obedience training center in Woodinville, WA.

When he is not working or CrossFitting George enjoys playing with his boys and dog, working on his home, learning new things and being outside and active.
